A foreign national who had lived in Lithuania for around 11 years had his temporary residence permit annulled after the Migration Department concluded that he was spending too little time in Lithuania. In this video, I discuss how the Lithuania TRP case was challenged and what happened when the dispute reached the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania.
